About Me
I’m an architect and Engineering Operations Lead at Smeirat Architects. My core work is AI-driven architectural proposals and competition entries from visual storytelling and bid documents to production pipelines linking Midjourney, Photoshop, and ChatGPT. I lead technology and operations upgrades at the firm. I’m developing my BIM practice while exploring the ISO 19650 framework. Currently an MBA candidate at Newcastle University, awarded the Newcastle MBA Responsible Impact Scholarship.

سيف سميرات، معماري ومدير العمليات الهندسية في «سميرات». خبرتي الأساسية إعداد العروض المعمارية وصياغة ملفات المنافسات المعزّزة بالذكاء الاصطناعي من القصة البصرية والوثائق إلى خطوط الإنتاج بين Midjourney وPhotoshop وChatGPT. أقود تحديث التكنولوجيا والحوكمة التشغيلية في المكتب، وأطوّر قدراتي في BIM وأستكشف إطار ISO 19650. أدرس حاليًا ماجستير إدارة الأعمال في جامعة نيوكاسل بمنحة Newcastle MBA Responsible Impact Scholarship.
قصة مختصرة
- بدأت مبكرًا بتعلّم فوتوشوب، ما فتح باب المشاركة في فعاليات دولية بعمر العشرين.
- أسّست مشروعًا خاصًا بعمر صغير وتعلّمت الإدارة بالطريقة الصعبة، ثم أغلقت المشروع وانضممت إلى شركة العائلة «سميرات».
- في «سميرات»، عملت على تحديث أدوات العمل والحوكمة التشغيلية ورفع كفاءة التسليم.
